APPETITE:  Risk Reducers has markets available for most retail, wholesale, service, manufacturing, construction, and transportation risks.  In addition to these types of business, Risk Reducers has markets for classes such as oil/gas lease operators, roofing, logging, and USL&H exposures.  Please click on the state below for a list of ineligible class codes. We are capable of writing experience modification factors up to 1.79 with premiums as low as $2,000.    Certain classes of business may be subject to carrier minimum premium.  Construction risks are subject to a $6,500 minimum premium and trucking risks are subject to a $10,000 minimum premium.  Please note, these conditions do not apply to risks in Arkansas or Middle Market accounts ($130,000 & up). 

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:  A completed Acord 130 Workers Compensation Application is needed.   You may also use our on-line application.  Some carriers may require additional information such as three (3) years currently valued loss runs, details of claims over $10,000, or a copy of the NCCI Experience Modification Worksheet.  If additional information is required, you will be notified by your underwriter.  Submissions may be sent via US Mail, fax or e-mail.  Our fax number is (501) 455-3975 and the submission e-mail address is  submissions@riskreducers.com.  

PROCESSING GUIDELINES:  Risk Reducers is pleased to announce our 2x4 program – complete workers compensation submissions received by 2:00 pm Central Time will be processed by 4:00 pm Central Time the same day.   If your submission is incomplete, you will receive a response indicating the additional information needed.   Large accounts or USL&H business are not subject to the 2x4 program. 

BINDING PROCEDURES:  A binding form is sent with all quotations.  Just complete this form and fax it to (501) 455-3975.   Notice of binding differs by carrier.  Some carriers allow same day binding while others require 24 hour notice.  If the carrier allows same day binding, the binding form must be received prior to 4pm Central Time.  Please refer to the binding form sent with the quotation.  In addition, Risk Reducers does not bind coverage via voice mail or e-mail.
